This welcoming guest house and gallery is an antique farmhouse built in the 1840s. The property abuts the Cape Cod National Seashore in north Wellfleet and is located on winding Route 6 near the Truro line and just south of the Herring River. It is minutes from Wellfleet village and beautiful ocean and bay beaches as well as fresh-water ponds. The rooms are charming and comfortable and there is also a cozy studio cottage. The house was featured on a recent Wellfleet Historical Society House Tour.
"One of the most attractive points for visitors is in the northeast part of Wellfleet... It best combines the country and the seaside."
Henry David Thoreau in "Cape Cod"
